Yoga effects us on many levels – psychological and physical
Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in ancient India. Yoga teaches us a positive way of life. By connecting to our true selves, we begin to accept and love ourselves. Therefore looking after ourselves through a proper diet and a healthy, mindful living. Being able to take care of ourselves provides inner peace, that brings a desire to take care and share yoga with others. Yoga combines breathing (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), which are done mindfully and meditation.
